To set up the game. Get the game (Mario Kart 64) and insert the cartridge into your Nintendo 64. Turn the console on and wait for the game to load. When you get to the title screen press the start button. From there choose how many people are playing, this is restricted by how many controllers you have. You then choose which style of game you want to do (Grand prix, vs., time trials, battle). Next you choose the character you'd like to play as. Last of all is choosing the race track(s) you'd like to race and then wait for the countdown. |
